Being an Oxide Catalyst means seeing Oxide work before the rest of Second Life does. Keeping that work private is a condition of taking part in the Oxide Catalyst Program.
By acknowledging this agreement you agree that:
• Private Oxide information may only be discussed with approved Oxide team members and approved Oxide Catalysts, inside authorized private Oxide channels.
• You will not share, post, forward, stream, record, reproduce, or discuss private Oxide material with anyone who is not approved.
• Protected material includes unreleased Oxide Viewer or Oxide Connect features, screenshots, screen recordings, builds, downloads, files, code, technical details, roadmaps, plans, testing instructions, bug reports, feedback, staff messages, private Discord content, in-world conversations, invitation codes, access links, credentials, and anything else identified as private or reasonably understood to be private.
• Information that Oxide has already released publicly is not confidential. Anything else may only be shared after Oxide publicly releases it, or after an authorized Oxide team member gives you written permission.
• Invitation codes, access links, credentials, and private builds are issued to you personally and must never be transferred or shared.
• If something is disclosed by accident, or you lose control of access credentials, you will tell the Oxide team promptly so access can be protected.
• On request, or when you leave the Oxide Catalyst Program, you will stop using and delete the private Oxide materials in your possession.
• Breaking this agreement may result in immediate removal from the Oxide Catalyst Program, revocation of access, invalidation of invitation codes or private builds, and loss of Catalyst status.
• This obligation continues after you leave the program, until the information is officially public or written permission is given.
• Nothing here prevents you from reporting safety concerns, abuse, security issues, or unlawful conduct to the appropriate platform, service, or authorities.
This is an Oxide Catalyst Program participation condition and a matter of trust between residents. It is not a legal contract, and Oxide does not ask for your real legal name. You acknowledge it with the Second Life avatar name you entered above.
