How the Catalyst Program works

Catalysts actively test Oxide, report issues, and share feedback that shapes the platform.
Submitting the form expresses interest in the Catalyst Program. It does not create an Oxide account.
Imogen Strange and Zach Tyler, the Oxide Co-Founders, review every application personally.
If accepted, Oxide generates a unique invitation code for you.
An Oxide team member contacts you in Second Life with an acceptance message or notecard containing your code and next steps.
Accepted Catalysts receive a permanent Catalyst number, a verifiable certificate, and a place on the public roster.
No invitation code is needed to apply, and acceptance is never automatic.
Being a Catalyst is a separate commitment from general early access.

Apply with your story

Tell us your Second Life name, what you build or lead in the community, and why you want to help shape Oxide.

STEP 2

Reviewed by the Oxide team

Every application is read by a human. We look for genuine contribution to residents, creators, or SL culture.

STEP 3

Receive your Catalyst number

Accepted Oxide Catalysts get a permanent number, a verifiable certificate, and an invitation code delivered in-world by the Oxide team.
